Where AI Usage Quotas Fit Into Your Plan (Built, Not Yet Shown)

Piskes tracks AI usage against your plan's quota on the backend today, but no page in Finance shows you the number yet.

If you've wondered how much of your plan's AI usage allowance you've used this month, the honest answer is: the platform knows, but nothing in Finance will show you.

What's actually built

Behind the scenes, each plan carries a defined AI usage quota, and the platform tracks token usage against it for the current month, computing how much you've used, how much you have remaining, whether you've exceeded it, and when the quota resets. That's a fully working calculation — it's just not exposed anywhere you can currently look.

Why it's worth mentioning at all

This is a real gap worth naming rather than a hypothetical one. Usage-based billing visibility is a known weak spot across SaaS billing generally — even mature, well-resourced billing portals from major providers are called out in industry coverage for struggling to surface usage-based components clearly. Piskes isn't unusual in having this gap; it's just currently on the "not yet shown" side of it rather than the "shown but confusing" side.

What this means for you today

If your plan includes an AI usage allowance and you want to know where you stand against it, there's currently no page in Finance — or anywhere else in the product — that will tell you. The number exists and is being computed correctly; it simply isn't surfaced. If usage-based limits matter to how you plan your team's use of AI features, treat this as a known blind spot rather than assuming a dashboard you haven't found yet.

This isn't a commitment about when or whether a usage page ships — it's a statement of what's built versus what's visible, as of today.
