Review a Year of Invoices Without Emailing Support
How to pull up your full invoice history and download receipts directly, instead of asking support for a copy every time finance needs one.
"Can you send me a copy of last March's invoice" is a question that shouldn't need a support ticket. From Settings, the Billing card takes you to your account's billing area, where every invoice Stripe has issued for your account is listed directly — not just your current usage, your actual transaction history.
What you'll see
Each invoice shows the amount and currency, its status (paid, open, void, or uncollectible), and the date it was issued. Anything with a downloadable PDF or a hosted invoice page gets a download link right next to it, so you can grab a receipt without needing anyone else to generate or send it to you.
Going further: the billing portal
Next to your invoice list is an "Open Billing Portal" button, which takes you to Stripe's own hosted billing portal for deeper account and payment management beyond what the invoice list itself shows.
Why this matters more than it sounds like
Finance and procurement teams evaluating a new tool consistently want to know they can self-serve their own paper trail — a full, downloadable invoice history is a standard checklist item in enterprise SaaS evaluations, usually mentioned in the same breath as SSO and role-based access. It's a small feature with an outsized effect on how a finance team perceives a platform's maturity: being able to pull your own receipts, on your own schedule, without a support round-trip, is exactly what that checklist item is checking for.
