Saved Views: Keeping a Large Workflow Library Navigable
Workflows now lets you save a filtered view of your automation library under a name, instead of re-applying the same filters every time you come back.
If your team has accumulated dozens of workflows, Workflows now lets you save a filtered slice of that library under a name, so you don't have to rebuild the same filter every time you come back.
What a saved view is
A saved view is exactly what it sounds like — a name attached to a query, nothing more. Filter your workflow list down to whatever's relevant to you (a project, a status, an owner), save it, and it's there the next time you open the library instead of starting from the full unfiltered list again.
Where it applies
Saved views are scoped to the screen they're created on, so the same underlying mechanism can be reused across different list views in the product as it grows, without views from one screen leaking into another.
Why this is worth having
This isn't a flashy feature — it's the natural next step once a team has enough automations that scrolling the full list stops being practical. If you're the person on your team who always filters to "workflows I own" or "workflows tagged billing" before you can find anything, save that view once and stop re-typing it.
Pair this with the workflow templates and starter library we've shipped previously — saved views are for the automations you've already built and want to keep finding quickly, not for starting something new.
