New: Printable Quotes and Order Documents
CRM now has dedicated print-ready layouts for quotes and orders, separate from the regular editing screens.
Sending a quote or an order confirmation to a customer usually means something they can print, save as a PDF, or forward as-is — not a screenshot of your CRM's editing interface, buttons and all. CRM now has dedicated, print-ready layouts for both quotes and orders, built specifically for that purpose.
What's different about them
These aren't the same screens your team uses to build and edit a quote or manage an order. They're separate, purpose-built layouts designed to look right on paper or as a PDF — clean formatting, no editing chrome, nothing that only makes sense inside the app. When a quote is ready to go to a customer, or an order needs a document to accompany it, you now have a view built for exactly that handoff instead of having to work around the editing screen.
Where this fits
This pairs naturally with the quote approval workflow already in CRM — once a quote has moved from draft to approved, having a clean, printable version ready to send is the natural next step. The same is true on the order side: once an order is placed, a document you can print or share is often the next thing a customer or a warehouse team actually needs.
Where to find it
Printable layouts are available now from the quote and order screens in CRM — look for the print option on an individual quote or order to generate the document view.
