Haravan Order Sync: What's Connected and What's Still Manual

CRM now has Haravan order sync configuration and a manual sync trigger — here's exactly what that covers today, and what it doesn't.

crmharavanintegrations

CRM now includes a Haravan configuration screen and a sync-trigger endpoint for pulling orders in from your Haravan storefront. We'd rather describe exactly what this covers today than let "Haravan sync" sound like more than it currently is, so here's the honest scope.

What's actually there

You can connect your Haravan store from the CRM configuration screen and control two specific things about how orders come in: whether pricing syncs along with the order, and whether shipping fees sync as well. Both are simple toggles, and you can turn either off if you'd rather manage that data manually on your end.

Sync is manual, not automatic

Order sync currently runs in a manual fetch mode — you trigger it, rather than it running continuously in the background on its own schedule. If you're picturing a fully automatic, always-current mirror of your Haravan storefront inside your CRM, that's not what's shipped yet; what's shipped is a working, on-demand sync you control.

Why we're being specific about this

Being straightforward here matters more than usual: this integration was built against Haravan's published API behavior, but part of it hasn't been independently re-verified against Haravan's own current documentation since it was built. We're not aware of anything wrong with it, but we also don't want to claim a level of confidence we haven't actually confirmed. If you rely on this integration for anything business-critical, we'd suggest treating the manual sync as the safe, verifiable path for now, and spot-checking results rather than assuming full parity with everything Haravan's platform tracks.

Where to find it

The Haravan configuration and sync trigger are available now in CRM's integration settings for stores that use Haravan.
