Your Finance Overview Now Reflects Your Real Plan

If Finance ever showed you as being on the Free plan when you knew you weren't, that's fixed — Overview and Billing now always agree.

If you've ever opened your workspace's Finance Overview and seen "Free" listed as your plan when you knew for a fact your team was paying for more than that, you weren't imagining it, and you weren't missing a setting somewhere. It was a real bug, and it's fixed.

What you might have seen

Depending on which page you looked at, Finance could show you two different answers to the same question — "what plan is my workspace on?" One page had it right. The other, due to a bug in how it authenticated its request for plan data, silently defaulted to "Free" whenever that request failed, which was every time. If you happened to land on the wrong page first, you'd see a plan that didn't match what you were actually paying for.

What's different now

Both pages read from the same corrected source of plan information, so there's no longer a version of Finance that shows you an inaccurate, downgraded picture of your subscription. What you see on Overview is what you see on Billing, and both reflect your actual plan.

What you don't need to do

Nothing. This was a display bug in how plan information was fetched, not a billing bug — your actual subscription, your actual charges, and your actual plan tier were never affected by this; only what one page showed you was wrong. If your workspace is on Starter or Pro, that's what you'll see everywhere now. If you still see something that looks off after this fix, that's worth flagging to support directly rather than assuming it will resolve itself.
