Email Queue Now Reports Enrollment Counts Per Automation
Each automation in Email now shows how many subscribers are active, completed, or cancelled, right alongside the automation itself.
If you're running more than one automation in Email, "is this actually working" is a fair question to want answered without digging through logs. Every automation now reports its own enrollment counts directly — how many subscribers are currently active in it, how many have completed it, and how many were cancelled — right alongside the automation itself.
What this looks like in practice
Each automation carries its own breakdown: active enrollments (subscribers currently moving through the sequence), completed enrollments (subscribers who finished every step), and cancelled enrollments (subscribers who dropped out or were removed before finishing). Instead of treating an automation as a black box that either "is on" or "is off," you can now see, at a glance, how many real people are actually moving through it and where they've landed.
Why this is useful
Automations in Email already track a clear status — draft, active, or paused — but status alone doesn't tell you whether an active automation is actually doing anything. A drip sequence with zero active enrollments and a paused one with thousands mid-sequence look identical if all you can see is the status label. Enrollment counts close that gap: you can tell at a glance whether an automation is live and working, quietly empty, or accumulating subscribers who never finish.
Where to find it
Enrollment counts now appear on the automations list in Email, next to each automation's name and status — no separate report to pull up.
